Great start, but this is 2009.
Round the corners of them rectangles, son.
Actually I like the simple retro squareness of the design - if given
this as a brief I would have rounded one of the corners just to make it
clear that the squares are a design choice rather than not knowing how -
I'd have also make the drop shadows fade rather than square - but that's
just me.
Everything is clean, works pretty well and gets the point across without
causing anyones eyes to bleed or ears to explode.
The page 'misc' is a 'coming soon' page - I would caution against ever
having 'coming soon' on a section of a web site because the general
reaction is "This will never happen". It's pretty much an unwritten
rule that a 'coming soon' or 'under construction' page will remain in
that state for the lifetime of the website. That may not be the case
here, but it's what people will think.
Some people are expressing difficulties with the audio samples - and
seeing as they are simple links it's kind of a lottery what will happen
on different people setups/browsers.
Seeing as music samples are an important aspect of this site I'd suggest
using an embedded flash music player - there are several free ones to
choose from I've used this one in a few places
http://www.premiumbeat.com/flash_resources/free_flash_music_player/
it is easy to configure and is also easy to update.

I use Wimpy Player (cheap!) on my site and can recommend.
I was more ribbin on the rounded corner trend than your choice.
