Hi,
I've been offered one of these - one of 500 done in '96 with gold
plated hardware, neck plate showing the number (xxx of 500), original
rectangular case etc. Has anyone here got one & what do you think of
it?
There were 2500 Stratocasters, 250 LH Strats, 1250 Telecasters, 500
Jazzes, 500 Precisions & 500 Fender Five string basses all done as one
issue.
It's a regular Jazz with a rosewood board but it's as new (even still
got the polythene covering on the scratchplate.)
I've always loved Jazzes - my main instrument is a 62 reissue Japanese
Fender so I'm quite OK about the playability & sound.
Does anyone know how much these were originally and what they go for
now?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Stompbox - (over here in the UK.)
are you kidding? grab it & run! sounds like a great bass to have even if it
is a non-player.
otherwise, this post is completely non-informative...
cheers,
timbo.
