I don't have any opinion one way or the other about Merkel. However, I've
seen plenty of drunk guys in bars slither up behind an unsuspecting woman
and pretend to give them neck rubs. It's rarely welcome, based on the looks
on the women's faces.

It was strange to see our president do the exact same thing. I wonder where
he learned it was OK to do that.

I have to admit that I did not see this scene, but maybe he learnt it from
Nicolas "Speedy" Sarkozy. He also seems to fondle with Angie.
