He lives 40 miles from here and I have no idea just where he lives.
Sometimes Google can take a telephone number and show you a street
address - might be worth a try if you have a land-line phone number for
him. Again, who knows what happened, but probably good to find out
before passing judgement unless this person has a history of doing
things like this. Sometimes you can Google a name and a city and state
and get back more information, maybe a phone for him you didn't know he
had - stuff like that.
Of course, the likelihood is that you're right to be suspicious and I'm
wrong to give him the benefit of the doubt but, hey, you never know for
sure until you know for sure.
