have been unable to post for a while but.....I'M BACK!
I have no stake in my NG service but some of y'all showed disgust with
your services. I thought I'd list this one for you to look at.
www.teranews.com is the provider, and if you are not a heavy user the
service is free (well...a one time $4.00+/-) charge. Other than the fact
they are down once in a great while to rebuild or repair I've been very
happy with them. I can't remember how much bandwidth you can use free,
but it tells on the website. If you use a lot you can buy a package.

I have been using Motzarella and it has been pretty transparent
for me. No fees, period.
