That title is wrong in so many ways, I think it's best to just leave it

So this guy wants to pay to drive a shitty band around to hang out in a
bunch of shitty bars? And he doesn't even play?
This is what you find when you can't sleep at night anymore.

I worked with a road band back when I was well on the other side of
thirty, and I loved it! However, most of our gigs were at least a week, and
sometimes two weeks. One nighters were a total bitch, and there's no way I'd
want to do even the weekly thing today.
I think the guy's totally glamourized the idea in his head, not even
thinking about all the work entailed in setting up and tearing down, and the
hours driving, the lack of sleep, etc. I'd be willing to bet that he would
be totally bummed out and ready to go hime by the third or fourth day.
