I'm not sure about that. Looks to me like the bid of $389.99 from
pTooner went in first (11:33), then the $360 from t***p went in
(11:56), which would have pushed pTooner's bid up to $360 + $5
increment. Then l***e put in a $390 bid (12:09) which was more than
$365 + $5 increment, so it registered as a bid and pushed pTooner's
bid up to its maximum but was still higher than it.
