Grumble all you want, but you love it and you know it. Wish I were doing the same thing.
The Mackie unit is really slick, and for $149, it's unreal. I think that's a particularly brilliant design, using the L/R mix and then four additional channels on top -- sort of like sidefills along with floor wedges. Not everyone needs an individualized mix, the L/R will be enough, but those who need to hear themselves a little more can do so. Cool!
