Tom took his and has paid me for them. Dan left the band right as I got
them so I have a pair of brand new, unopened IE-20 XB's that I'm looking
to sell. I've left them sitting at home hoping newbie would take them on
but he seems to have no interest in good monitoring (grrrr).

These list for $250 but sell on the interweb typically for $200. I got a
killer deal on them at $140 plus shipping.

I've also got a brand new, unopened Behringer mini powered mixer.

The in-ears need something to drive them and this is a a good cheap way
to do it if you're happy to be wired. Entry level wireless systems to
drive in-ears run $700-1200.

The in-ears and the mixer together cost me $210 so that's what I want
back if you're interested."

If they fit in your ear and are comfortable, sounds fine.

One thing I don't see there, however, is any mention of hard limiting.
That's something you get in something like a Shure P2R body pack
(which can be used wired or wirelessly if you have the PSM200
transmitter) that is absent in the solution there. And if feedback,
someone stepping on an unbalanced cable and giving the unplugging pop,
or someone bumping a control is a possibility you don't want that ***
happening without limiting when there's a driver sealed into your ear
canal less than an inch from your tympanic membrane.

Personally I'd take him up on the IEM's and the mixer, but add a P2R
bodypack to it if wired's okay, or grab a PSM200 transmitter/bodypack
