Heads up Ampeg owners. (or corporate music sucks .....still)



I'm in the middle of a warranty nightmare. The short story is that a mute switch which is bad on my SVT3Pro is unavailable in the US. ETA unknown (from China I can only assume). The shop said they waited 8 weeks for warranty replacement speakers, and got them only after calling on something else (my switch I bet) to have the fine folks stumble over the speakers. Hooray for Loud Tech. Oh and I can't get anyone to hook me up with a loaner while mine is down.... piss on it. Lane, we need an Eden vendor in Utah. I have spoken to Ampeg CS directly.
