Lessee "rights" means you can do it and the government can't stop you.
"regulation" means they can stop you from doing it if they are in the

US v Miller makes a pretty airtight case that the government has the power
to REGULATE things like the size of guns, where and when they may be used,
etc. Otherwise, you would LITERALLY have some dumbass with a nuclear warhead
stashed in his garage for "personal protection".

Total bull***. US v Miller established that the Second Amendment
refers to a soldier's standard equipment of the day. Please note that
included "assault rifles", hand grenades, machine guns, and RPGs but
does NOT include "atomic bombs". IF you'd actually take time to READ
the document you are trashing you'd see that even STATES are not
allowed to keep warships. And that is not part of the second
Amendment.

That may sound ridiculous, but one man's absurdity is another man's common
sense. That's why these things are regulated.

You ARE ridiculous. In politics "common sense" means absolutely
nothing! And Regulation is all about one set of people telling another
set what to do. America is not founded on monarchy or even communism
as much as js and others (including Obama) may wish it were so.

The problem is that any attempts at sensible regulation are met with HOWLS
of protest from the NRA, along with their mass emails of faux "statistics"
from gun bans around the world. Even worse, a sizeable number of Americans
actually vote for their leaders based on this single issue.

You "gun-grabbers" are the ones with the faux statistics. Faculty have
been fired and prized revoked because of your "true" statistics. I'll
bet on the NRA side over the Brady Bunch lies in a statistics "fair
fight" any day! And just who in hell do you think you are that you
can tell other Americans that they can't vote "single issue" if they
so choose. Just where do you get so arrogant that you are ready to
tell NRA members they have to vote for people that support "gun
control" or Hillary supporters that they have to vote for a man
because single issue voting isn't approved by you? Christ, you are a
poor excuse for an educated person!

Are some regulations ridiculous? Absolutely. Does banning the sale of any
gone do anything but make it easier for criminals to get? The evidence says
no. Does any of this negate your RIGHT to bear arms? No.

Is banning the sale of objects covered under the Bill of Rights
constitute an "infringement"? Obviously to you there is NOTHING the
government could do that you'd consider an "infringement"! Please turn
in your Libertarian membership card now!

This is no different from the rest of the Bill of Rights. The 2nd amendment
is no more or less "special" than any other. People need to get their heads
out of their asses and get some perspective.

The Hell is is not "more special"! It is the ONE right that protects
