Absolutely true! Which is why I haven't ruled out a Mac, as I mentioned,
I've been very close to pulling the trigger on one for some time. The
question is whether the additional dollars are worth it.

What will the Mac do for me, that makes it worth double the price? That's
what I have to decide. That's all.

1. there's the boost in perceived social status that comes from owning a
Mac.
2. there's the feeling of superiority over PC owners
3. you'll enjoy the "Mac vs PC" commercials on TV more

That's about it...
