To be honest, Rich, I don't mind it at all when the subject line clearly indicates that it's off topic (like this one). If it's starts getting too crazy inside of a "normal" topic, it should be changed to OT so people can avoid it. It's only really annoying when an otherwise useful thread goes crazy.

Actually, it works sometimes. Eventually. Sometimes for short periods.
