Are there any non-smokers here in favor of allowing smoking in bars and restaurants?

Somehow, I doubt it. It's pretty easy to see who the smokers are by their
rigourous defense of their "right" to smoke, and their denial of evidence
that second hand smoke is harmful to non-smokers. I did the same thing back
when I was an addict, and I'm amazed at how much I deluded myself back then.
An addiction does whatever is necessary to protect itself, including
brainwashing the addict. Does anyone here doubt that smoking adds billions
of dollars to our national health care costs?
