A good Craiglist Ad for a change - as opposed to the guy this week who wrote *twice* in the post that he was a professional "base" player who graduated from MIT.
Anyway, here it is:
http://phoenix.craigslist.org/muc/482837885.html
Upright / Fretted / Fretless bassist seeks interesting and well-paid work (Cue laugh track...)
Seriously - I'm back to freelancing after a commited tour schedule - can read ANYTHING, have serious chops and the sensibility not to use them (much). Great tone, groove. Major FACTUAL credentials.
Jazz, Gypsy Swing, Blues, R&B, Bluegrass, Funk, Rock, WORLD MUSIC !!!, classical, covers ... basically just not the guy for metal/punk or Country (unless the country gig pays REALLY well, and i DO have the hat :-)
Will rehearse w/in reason for a steady working situation.
