Wow that keyboard player is good. Were these the wizards that had you
sleep in the bar? The leader doe seem to be rather full of himself,
but i will say he's entertaining to watch. That's not to say you need
to be back with these dude, but kudos on the performance to all 4 of
ya. As blues goes, y'all got it goin on there.
Thanks for the comments! Yes that is the group I worked / toured with
over the summer, and the singer is *very* impressed with himself.
The keyboardist is great and I am meeting with him every week (I don't
have any contact with the rest of that band), he's writing some tunes with
me for my jazz record. We're also playing some of his originals with a
drummer and considering booking some side gigs as a keys / bass / drums
trio. I can't wait to get him on tape and show ya'll what we've been
working on!
