Quote of the week, anyone? It's been a while it seems.
Though in all honesty, I've been remarkably content with my bass
collection since I got my Rob Allen MB-2 about a year ago...I love it
to death. Probably haven't had this little desire for bass-
acquisition since before I started playing.
I have been thinking however, that it would be nice to get small/
light, good-sounding amp. My school (UBC, Vancouver) has an older
Baby Blue that I *really* like, but the new ones I've tried aren't
quite the same...probably not in the cards for a while (quite a
while), but does anyone have any particular recommendations in that
area?
More on the original topic though - I agree Brian, Spectors are very
lively basses, and mine has served me quite well over the five years
or so I've had it. It's seen a grand total of about an hour of
playing time in the past year though (see above paragraph...the
Allen's just *too* sweet).
