Line fuse and footswitch for Studio 220

Hi folks at a.g.b.,
I'm a proud owner of a vintage Studio 220 for a few weeks now which
works really, really sweet with a Epifani PS-112.
1. I have a question concerning the correct line fuse. The owners manual
says a 3AG, 4 AMP, SLO BLO should be used. The inscription on the rear
panel near the line fuse says 2 AMP, SLO BLO. It's a 'european' version,
which runs with 240V. 4 or 2 AMP - which one should I use?
2. What kind of footswitch can I use to control the eq of the amp? The
one that once came with my 750x doesn't work witch it (wich isn't really
surprising...), I have to hold the button down constantly to keep the eq
activated the eq. Are there any differences between on/off-footswitches?
Thanks a lot in advance and best regards from Germany
Adrian
