I do live in Atlanta (and I make no boasts about how big this town is,
especially at another city's expense, I simply wondered where ATL Jr was).
I've never heard Charlotte called that before. I've done business with banks
there, but that was 7 or 8 years ago, probably just before the real growth
started. Charlotte always struck me as a place where I wouldn't mind living.

the population density or the total gridlock yet, but people and $$$ are
pouring in left and right.

We do have a lot more sprawl though. In clear traffic, it takes about
35-45min to get from one end of the city to the other these days - and the
city is about the size of the entire county, suburbs not included.

Yeah, yeah, your city is so big takes 3 days to get from one end to the
other, I know... Thing is, Charlotte wasn't like this even 5 years ago.
the
rate of growth here is simply staggering, and it's one of the few reasons
I
stay here.
