There is a problem with Avatar tough: They don't ship to Canada. I had
to go through Steamco Music to get my cab. They charge around twice
the original price. Now that the $CAD is close to $USD, I would
definately try to find someone in NY states (or NH, MA, MN) to arrange
a pickup.
