I don't remember if I've asked this before, but anyway....since I've
made the jump to 6-string and really like it, I would like a fretless.
I have a Cirrus, but right now even a used Cirrus is well out of my
budget so any advice on a fretless in the $500-$750 range would be
great (I know - you're all thinking HA HA HA). If there's anything in
the $1K range I could probably make arrangements with my usual music
store (NOT Guitar Center) for layaway, etc.)
I am also wanting to do street performing as in solo classical/Celtic,
etc on bass and and would love to know if there's any sort of battery
powered bass amp available, or even a guitar amp that could handle a 6
(Behrenger!!!! I'm not even sure I spelt that right). Not every place
I go is going to have an outlet, obviously! Youse all are very
knowledgeable. :-)
Thanks
Starbuck
Pignose amp. 30 watt. Battery holds a charge for 8 hours of playing,
I believe.
