me think....

Most musicians I know have a collection of dead gear that they'll get
fixed "one day". Purely 'coz it's a boring Saturday afternoon I'm
asking "what's your dead equipment collection?".

Me: Hartke 3500, Sound City 120 Watt tube head, 2 old Fender PA
speakers, Electrovoice TL-15 cab, Fostex 4 track, 2 Fender style
guitars "just waiting to be re-assembled and wired up", old tube
stereo amp, Fender Telecaster Bass, er.... I'm embarrassed.

of course, if I'm so bored I could go and re-assemble and wire up a
couple of Fender style guitars, replace a preamp tube socket in a
Sound City 120 watt tube head, pull the horns out of 2 old Fender PA
heads, ...
