Oh, I forgot to mention--I play a 5 string--low B. Does this make a diff on

I'm looking for a "decent" 210 to use in those tweener situations where I
can use my rack gear, but don't need major speaker cabs. I'm looking for
something to use as a bass monitor independent of the floor monitor, pluse
where I get to use my rack gear.
Well, it depends on the cabinet. I used a Trace Elliott 4-10 with no
horn with a five string Ken Smith and Tobias basses and heard even the
Low B quite clearly. Porting and materials, and quality of speakers
makes all the difference.
A 2-10 cabinet may not cut it, no matter how good the materials are.
You do need air volume within a cabinet to help re enforce the bottom
end. And a Low B is quite the bottom end.
