So I went and bought a GK 1001RB-II and.......

After several visits and at least 6 hours scratching around at my local
guitar center I settled in on the
GK 1001RB-II and bought a 1x15 SBX and a 2x10 SBX cab (The 2X10 was a
special order as there werent any in stock). Bottom line is: after two band
rehersals Im in love with the RB1001-II but Im taking the 1x15SBX back and
canceling the 2x10SBC order. These cabs are just too light weight in my
estimation and with the EQ settings I like, the 1x15 cab rattles. Not that
I can hear any cabinet rattle when playing with the band yet it still bugs
me. I feel like the SBX cabs are too light for my taste.
So, I am wondering what experience folks here have with the RBH series GK
Cabs, the "heavy duty" cabs. I am more intersted in the 4x10 RBH than the
other two offerings. These things are expensive....are they worth it?
If anyone has any input I would appreciate hearing it.
Thanks,
Kevin
