I got the quiet rock from a local lumber shop here in Philly. Had to
search though as not a lot of places carry it. The QuietRock people
are pretty helpful if you call them....they'll give you names of folks
in your area that carry it.
I actually didn't put anything in between the drywall. It was
staggered studs-1/2" sound board-1/2" sheet rock (or QR on ceiling).
I also packed the walls with acoustic insulation from 3m.
