Lightweight amps

Yeah, I know it's been covered but here's the deal. I bought a Behringer
BXL1800A yesterday that is going back tomorrow. I like everything about it
except the weight. The damn thing weighs 55lbs. I just can't deal with
that, or at least my back can't. It feels even heavier than it is due to
it's shape I guess. Anyway, the web site says it weighs 47 lbs and the 90
watt version weighs 42 lbs. Since this one actually weighs 55 I don't know
what to expect but I've got to go lighter no matter what. At rehearsal
today, the 1800 was overkill for power. I was running it on about 1. My
question is, what's a better answer to my weight dilemna. I don't think I
need more than 100 watts, possibly less, but I can't go anywhere near that
heavy. Perhaps 30 or 35 lbs if it is designed to be carried. Any
suggestions that I can readily find? I'm going back to Guitar Center
tomorrow to return this one. I know that I could go to a head/cabinet
combination, but I sure would love to be able to walk in with the bass in
one hand and the amp in the other.
