Re: Geddy Lee

There is a joke over in "guitar" mentioning Geddy Lee as a "Consumate
Technician, but not a musical player? Who is Geddy Lee (I assume he plays
bass) and what exactly does this mean that he is a Consumate Technician
and not a "Musical" Player.

Huh!?!?!?!? I do find him to be a "consumate technician" and also a "musical
player".
A matter of opinion.
It is easy for some people who think they are above the rest of the crowd to
slam whatever the majority thinks. It makes them look good... to themselves.
Some people think that Dream Theater's music sounds like a lot of wanking.
They have some pretty good musicality in many of their songs. Plus, they
excel at what they do and have a very strong following, whether one likes
them or not.
