i never really got into the string thing - tryin out loads till i found the
'perfect set' etc, and i would generally just use whatever i could get at
the time. ...However that was until i tried a set of Thomastik-Infeld
jazz flats. now i will never use anythin else (on my fretless anyway).
they are definitely by far THE best strings i've ever used and my fretless
seems to sing, and is just a total joy to play. They're a pain in the arse
to get hold of and i've gotta send for em online but it is well worth the
effort.
just my opinion of course, Sorry if i sound like an ad or somethin,
i'm just sayin that these really work for me, and definitely worth
tracking down.
you can get them from www.juststrings.com with no problem
.
