Anyway, maybe some of you can (still) give me some advise? Anybody already
tried to replace the original neck by a 22 or 24 fret ? Would it fit ? And
still be balanced with the body?
Unless you rout out the pocket, you'll be lengthening the scale by an inch
or more, so you'll never be able to intonate it.
