So sorry man, you may know a lot about wood and all, but I stand by my first advice: Find out what kind of finish is on your Warwick and treat it accordingly.

Don't these people just piss you off?  Argue every goddam little thing.

Does Warwick recommend waxing once per month? If they do, then that's the end of the story. What's your owner's manual say?
