I hate to be all bitch and negative (as opposed to normal???), but NYE is the ONLY gig that still make me nervous. People pay a lot of money to have the "party of their lives" and it needs to go off PERFECTLY. I just know this chick is not up to the challenge, which means the guitarist and I will have to work 5x as hard to save it.
So, how about you?
I'm playing with a Blues Brothers tribute at Win River Casino in Redding, CA. Played this room before with these guys - it promises to be fun, and lucrative.
