It only looks funny when the toe tapping is out of sync. Or if it's
so in sync that it looks just shy of choreographed dance moves. :-)
Or if you're performing an high energy rockin' thrasher, and the most
movement yer getting out of the bass player is a toe tap--thats pretty
funny too.
You could always snap back at the drummer "hey, at least 2/3 of the
rhythm section is keeping steady time. Join us sometime!"
But more seriously, video is useful in determining if it actually
looks goofy or if it's just band mates giving loving harassment. 8-)
