If an officer of a corporation is about to resign on principle and
dumps stock over it, it sends a sharp negative signal. That's one example.

While it may happen everyday, to make a stock trade on IS info the
rest of the stock world doesn't have a clue of a chance about knowing
thus doing said action to make $$$$$ B4 '..they.." do is a crime.
