The most advanced technology manufactured to-day comes from China. Meanwhile, you can buy overpriced domestic appliances from Germany and American exports pretty much amount to unreliable motorcycles built using 1950's technology and rip-off guitars where quality control is so bad that their outsourced budget alternatives are much better quality than the so-called originals.

They have lousy debt management.

They manage about twenty percent of yours.

They don't even really do banking - they depend on the US for that.

The US depends on China for anything built using technology invented after the 1950's. The only thing China depends upon is increased outsourcing and toxic debt - the only things America has truly excelled in within recent years, illegal wars notwithstanding.

They very much were. To-day it's China and India next and after that, plenty of other countries willing to take their place.
