That is the "key" word. ILLEGAL. Drug overdoses are generally
listed as "accidental" anyhow ... even if victim had used
illegal substances.
However .. there has been some US prosecutors go after dealers+users
whose clients OD'ed too. The girl associated with actor John Belushi's
death comes to mind.
