questions. The ACLU of Florida has signaled it might sue over the law.

a bill that treats those who have lost their jobs like suspected
criminals," said ACLU of Florida director Howard Simon.

The law, which goes into effect on July 1, will mean about 4,400 drug
tests per month, according to the Department of Children & Families.
Taxpayers will reimburse welfare applicants for negative drug tests,
which can cost between $10 and $25.

Positive tests will carry an immediate six-month ban on Temporary
Assistance for Needy Families. A second positive test will result in a
three-year ban on state assistance.

I have to submit to urine and hair drug test each year to keep my
job. As well as a yearly criminal background check and yearly credit
report check to keep my corporate Visa card. (ITAR regulations). So
it is perfectly reasonable for anyone receiving govt aid to also
submit to same, and if they are able-bodied have the timespan limited
to a shorter period than someone who truly deserves aid due to being
incapacitated. It is a known fact that welfare and excessively long
unemployment payments keeps people from looking for work, reduces
their ambition and over a long period of time does more harm to the
individual than a shorter period of aid. I mean look at the black
community where fully 74% of all kids have no live-in dad, no nuclear
family, thats simply because the mom would not qualify for welfare if
the dad were there. So now you have a whole race of Americans whose
family structure has been literally destroyed by welfare, a mentality
of entitlement that the kids think is "normal". In America welfare
folks are fat, have cell phones, cable TV, etc. and will never know a
life of having to work for themselves and the betterment of their
children. The democrats want these "slaves" to be in this situation,
because they know they are generationally brainwashed into thinking
they must vote for them or those mean republicans will take away their
income. The new slave-masters are the democratic party. Its time to
start lighting the fire of self preservation under the welfare
community, and a great place to start is with illegal aliens seeking
to suck at the govt teets.
