Mallory vs. Sprague

Ok, got a client who wants a Tweed amp. Hasn't decided on a model yet but has done just enough research to be confused.
Said customer wants to know the specific tonal differences between Mallory and Sprague coupling caps.
I said I'd check all the known resources before I assisted them with design choice.

So here it is.

What specifically will the Mallory 150s and/or Spragues add/detract from the old circuit designs?

What about a hybrid of the two in the same circuit?

Carbon comps to be used throughout.
