Why can't charter schools help more kids? Do you suppose the fact that 26 states restrict the number of charter schools has something to do with that? What if that cap were removed?
So your answer is replacing the public schools entirely with a charter-school system?
I'm in favor of what works. If in some areas that means charter schools, then that's okay by me.
What's your answer? How would you save conventional public schools if the President called to ask you to be Sec. of Education? Obviously expecting a bigger budget would be a fool's errand, so other than asking for more money, what's your plan?
