What is it to you? You are worried if I go to jail or not?
Hell, if things went far enough for me to make the drive,
obviously I thought it was a mission worth going to jail for.

Got any good stuff, things your family will have to sell to pay your legal bills? If so, it might be worth it, at least for the rest of us.

with their own eyes.

That's required in Texas for simple misdemeanor assault, they can write you a summons for that but probably won't hook you up unless they saw it. But it's a different story for anything beyond that.

And in that case, I would just tell
them I was walking past him on the street, and he reached
over and grabbed my pecker and wouldn't let go.

Forcing you to drag him down 6th street by his hair? Yeah, go with that, it's not like the cops would talk to witnesses. And there's no way the DA would be intrigued when the guy admitted he'd harassed you on the phone, the DA would never connect those dots.

They would probably let me go and take him to jail.
And yes, I know a boat load of lawyers. One lives just two
houses down..
