Read the Koran and the Hadith front to back.
Islam _IS_ the problem.

IMO Islam's problem is they haven't undergone the equivalent of the
Enlightment, so they're a couple of centuries behind when it comes to
applying rationality to their religious views.  But if you're looking for
motives for bad behavior, check out The Bible while you're at it, especially
the Old Testament.  There sure is a lot of slaughtering going on in that
book, they didn't seem to have any problems with slavery either.  So maybe
it isn't the book, it's the passage of time that is needed to polish the
rough edges off how people interpret the book.

The new testament replaced the old one after Jesus according to
Christians writings. The old testament is now used to look back before
the point where God changed. So, since God changed 2010 years ago,
maybe it's time for you to quit quoting the old testament now huh?

God changed?  So was God perfect before he changed or after?  Because
if he needed to change, then he must have been imperfect.  Or, if he
was perfect initially and then changed, then he would have become
imperfect.  Which is it?

You tell me Quicksdraw...

I'm not surprised that the question stumped you. Maybe you should find
a suitable answer though, if you want to be secure in your beliefs.

Devin answer number 2...

So I'm yet another of the posters that you think is actually Devin?
Okay. You still can't reconcile your beliefs with logic. Think about
it some more. Is God perfect? If so, why did he need to change? Or
maybe your whole "God changed" hypothesis is just a wee bit mistaken?
You and/or Devin / Tony can read "Dissappointment with God" by Yancy
to resolve your issues...
