Actually he could be considered a terrorist under certain conditions.
But those conditions aren't met in this case.
He's a *lot* closer to be labeled a terrorist then some nut that went
off at random.
Whatever you want to call it, he was a radical Muslim that planned an
attack on American soldiers. You don't need permission from Al Qaeda
to perform terrorism. They encourage Muslims all over the world to
stand up to the Infidels and act on their own
This isn't some normal guy who watched Yankees baseball who lost his
girlfriend the day before and went off...
