this Fort Hood shooter a terrorist, as most Americans believe?

No body believes this nut case was a "terrorist" .. only
those idiots at the daily cartoon factory do because shallow
thinkers are easily lead .

Nut case? Fella, when a guy passes out business cards that show the
acronym "Soldier of Allah" and kills 13 Americans, that's a terrorist.

Which planet you live on, guy?

WASHINGTON -- The Army psychiatrist accused in the Fort Hood shooting
rampage that left 13 dead had personal business cards describing
himself a "soldier of Allah," according to investigators.

The business card were obtained over the Internet and kept in a box at
his apartment near Fort Hood, Texas.

This photograph taken on Friday, Nov. 6, 2009 in Killeen, Texas, shows
a copy of the Quran and a briefcase holding this business card that
Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan gave to his neighbor a day before going on a
shooting spree at the Fort Hood Army Base. (AP)

Hat tip Richard, who points out, "he gave his landlord notice two
weeks prior to the shooting that he would be moving out. I think that
fact alone pretty neatly counters the claims that he simply
'snapped'."

60% Want Fort Hood Shooting Investigated as Terrorist Act

Sixty percent (60%) of likely voters nationwide say last week's
shootings at Fort Hood should be investigated by military authorities
as a terrorist act.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just
27% want the incident investigated by civilian authorities as a
criminal act. Another 13% are not sure.

Those following the story Very Closely are even more likely to want
the shooting investigated as an act of terrorism.

--------

That's nice.
We don't prosecute cases according to poll results, we prosecute them
according to the law.

We are a Gov of the people.

There is no basis in law for the claim that Hasan is a terrorist.

Tell it to Joe Lieberman.

The more you know about it, the more likely you say he is a terrorist
