Oh, so it's alright then to imply that the *opposition* are Nazis, even

You sound like a child when you ask me things like this. It's like the
time you asked me if it was okay for Lord Valve to call you names but
wrong for you to call him names.
Wise up, he was trying to be nice. You'd think you would show more
respect for one of the few people who have read your posts and still
take you even slightly seriously.
It is perfectly acceptable for any political protester to imply that the
ideals and policies of any politician are similar to those of the Nazis.
You're longwinded and dense--not a good combination. The point: The
'protesters' are whining that people are implying that they're Nazi's,
while trying to call people Nazis. Pretty funny, IMO. Tough to
figure that out, wasn't it.
People are free to make their own judgments in this area, Rich. That is
what living in a free nation is all about. If someone wants to paint a
Hitler mustache on a poster of former President George W. Bush and make
the analogy between his policy of detaining suspected terrorists at
Guantanamo as militaristic in the same fashion of the Nazis, then they
should be allowed to do so.
Newsflash: They were not allowed to do so. The irony, once again, is
that those wielding the Swastika signs supported a president who had
any sign of opposition physically removed from areas where he was
speaking. Not roudy protesters, no Swastika signs. Just citizens who
simply held signs that questioned Bush policies. They were often
moved a mile away and out of range of any media or cameras. But of
course you knew that.
Despite your silly, transparent pretense to be non-partisan, you do
understand that there is a marked difference between the ethics and
strategies of the two parties. The loud invasions of Town Hall
meetings with Swastika signs, burning effigies and physical violence
is an organized effort. It's not just local yokels getting out of
hand. It's an organized mass of Limbots determined to dig a bigger
trench for themselves.
And given your own political leanings, you'd think you would be more
upset about Swastikas with 'anti' crosses through them.
Are you a Democrat? Do you remember why you became a Democrat?
You're talking like Big Bird while accusing Rich of sounding childish.
Perfect.
