Oh yeah. I forgot about that. But didn't Obama say pretty much the

Seems pretty cowardly. Bringing Dick, Rummy and W up on war crimes
should be "Job 1".
Ted Kennedy said he was outraged when Ford pardoned Nixon, but over time he came to realize Ford had made the right decision as there were more important things that needed doing than putting Nixon on trial. I'm not saying he's right or that Obama should close the door on the Bush administration, but it sure looks to me like at the moment there are some awfully pressing issues that should take precedence over revenge.
Revenge? What about justice? And wasn't it Obama that said he could do more than one thing at a time?
It would be the AG's job anyway. He just needs to give the green light. Appoint a special prosecuter. Or legalize pot. One or the other.
