Crap, this is frustrating...I can't understand why my NG reader won't
display this thread, but gives me all the stuff that I have to kill
file. I'm here via Google still. End of rant.
I used this as an excuse to give Small Bear Electronics a $20 order.
I got two 2-gang 16mm 5K pots for $1.75 ea plus a pile of other stuff
cheap, like Neutrik Cliff-style jacks for 59 cents, some amp pots,
knobs, and a few other goodies. I got two of the 2-gang pots to allow
for a screw-up. So, we'll see just how good I am at this.
I also contacted Alps directly. They say 2-3 days for reply. I don't
expect the action I need, as I'm not ordering 1,000 of othem.
