Not at all. The POLICE found cause to charge him, I was
just a witness. I had no say in the matter at all.

Well aren't you having a
party. I have some idea of what that is like since I have bought the
contents of abandoned/unpaid storage lockers at auction. People can and do
get nasty about it. But no one has ever shown up while I was clearing out
the locker.

For over a year he has had the chance to get it, but never made
effort one to even try. Still, he has threatened me, vandalized
my parents home, etc. After talking to the Police in his home
town, I learned THEY don't like him very much due to his actions
with neighbors, and drunken calls to the police about them.

I have, when asked nicely, returned things that held only sentimental
value. Family pictures, wedding albums, childhood toys, etc. But never
anything that could be easily sold to recoup my investment plus a fair
profit.

No investment, no profit, I just need to clean out alot of things, and
that is on the list. He still has the chance to pay his storage tab,
which he was told about over a year ago, and I even cut the bill by
75% !. Instead, he just gets nasty. It's all his choice.
