He's 'OK'...a much better salesman than a tech. When he sees a
question that he knows, he jumps like a jeopardy contestant. Notice
that he ain't jumping for anything real technical. Kinda like a
mechanic that doesn't really understand much about how an engine
works, but he knows he has to change the oil and the plugs. He's got
some common sense about that stuff, but I'm sure that you've seen him
quickly get out of his depth here more than once.

As far as his bluster about being an 'Expert'...well, you know those
guys who have theories about how relativity works, but they don't like
math? <g>
