I run a small business, I would have to make a MINIMUM of 250K just to
be able to provide one other person employment, and even that might be
a temporary job. A tax on over 250K S corporations, sole-
proprietorships, and smaller C corporations, is a direct assault on
their ability to hire. Layoffs WILL occur under this plan. 250K sets
the bar way too low, hell a two-person father/son plumbing outfit will
make more than that easily.
