His message is that , if anyone attempts to give credit to Obama for
bringing the Iraq War to a close, don't accept it. The Iraq War was
begun, and has been ended, soley due to the Bush Administration
policies.
Was it W, waiting in the wings, threatening to
withdraw? How *else* do you think that the
Shiites and Sunni were able to get along, at
least for the moment? For goodcop/badcop
to work, there has to be a bad cop... the
Shiites may start a shitfest after we leave,
no way of knowing yet. Who gets credit
for *that*?
And what about the miserable way the war
was started and pressed? The lies told to
get in? You want W to get some credit,
well, it's certainly there for him... lack of
armor, de-Baathification, Mission Accomplished,
Al-Qa'qaa, the list goes on.
