I realize, this pales in contrast to what you are pointing us to, but it is another simple example of how the Bush adminstration ignores the constitution whenever it is convenient. This appeared in this morning's newspaper and it is just outrageous.

Just how difficult could it be to establish a postive clearance process for individuals whose names are too plain vanilla to differentiate them from the intended targeted terrorist?
